building managers can list their apartment(s) for FREE, simply
click the Add
A Listing button at the top of the page and register
as a property owner. |

I
am having username and/or password problems. Can you help me? |
Your username and
password will be e-mailed to you shortly after the sign up
process is complete, so be sure to enter the correct
e-mail address. If you happen to forget your password, click
the Forgot
Your Password link and your password will be e-mailed
to you shortly. If you are absolutely positive that you are
entering your username (e-mail address) and password correctly,
you may have cookies disabled on your browser. To enable
cookies in Internet Explorer, under the Tools menu, click
Internet Options. Click the Security tab, and then click
Custom Level near the bottom of the window. Scroll down to
where it says Cookies, and click enable. For Netscape users,
under the Edit menu, click Preferences. Click Advanced in the
left hand side of the window, and then click Accept Cookies. |

How
can I get the most out of my listings? |
The most
important word you should keep in mind throughout your
apartment hunt is flexibility. The rental market is very cutthroat, so you may have to keep your
options open to land the apartment of your dreams. For example,
widening your price range, even by a small amount, may give
you a better selection, as will choosing different
neighborhoods. If you are looking for a one bedroom, try
considering a jr. 1 bedroom or a bachelor. Choosing amenities may also reduce
your search results, as many landlords and buildings are not
specific about every single one of the amenities they offer.
Calling or visiting them is your best bet to see the apartment
in addition to checking out the amenities they offer. |

How
do I contact the landlord once I find an apartment? |
The landlord's
contact information, either phone number or email will be shown in the listing for
renters. More often than not, you will be
required to view the apartment in person before signing your
new lease. |

What
is your refund policy? |
If your
membership has not yet expired and you
have been able to obtain a lease for an apartment that
is not listed on 247apartments.com, you may apply for
a refund.
Please follow this procedure for applying for a
refund:
It is understood and agreed that the customer has the
right to receive a refund of the advance-fee (less a
$10.00 administration fee) if he or she follows these
instructions:
a) The customer will receive a refund when
247apartments.com is notified by regular mail that the
customer has obtained a lease for an apartment that is
not listed on 247apartments.com.
b) The notice must be
in writing, signed by the customer, and sent via
regular mail. A copy of the
customer's new lease must be included. Also
include your name, address and postal code so that
your refund may be sent.
c) The notice should
be sent to:

do I search for apartments? |
Begin your search
on the 247apartments.com HomePage. Start by selecting the
province, then city, where you want to live. To continue to narrow your
choices, select the price range, number of bedrooms and
bathrooms, you can further refine your results by choosing
building and/or unit features of your ideal new home. You can
also search by street name. Please remember to verify
that we service the city that you are searching. For a

if I’m not finding properties in my search? |
It is possible
that there are no exact property matches to all of your search
criteria. We suggest you search again using less-specific
search criteria or reduce your max. monthly rent. |
